"Hooligangs" is a series about Rebel and Hijinks. A dangerous teenage duo that are fighting their way to the top to get answers about Rebel's past. Together, they cause havoc through the city in their stolen van; destroying property, getting in fist fights, and staying up past 10. Just a couple of hooligans against a butt load of Hooligangs.
